He has a BSc. in agricultural science, a Ph.D. in biophysics and a medical degree. He has tens of thousands of acres under consultation in the USA ranging from cherries to dairies.

Dr. Arden Andersen. Western medicine unquestionably provides the best emergency/trauma treatment available anywhere in the world. If you are having a heart attack or have suffered an acute injury, Western emergency medicine is what you need. Unfortunately, once you leave the emergency room, this medicine quickly fades into corporate agendas and bottom-line profits. Dr. Andersen, a respected physician and world authority in biological agriculture, gives the people a look at real options for treatment of everything from heart disease to chronic fatigue, autism to cancer treatments that are well documented in the medical literature but "politically incorrect" for mainstream medicine. He reminds the reader that real health must start with nutrition and lays the foundation for patients to take charge of their own health and health care.

Jerry Brunetti
In 1979, Jerry Brunetti founded Agri-Dynamics with a vision of providing a line of holistic animal remedies for farm livestock, equine, and pets. After witnessing first-hand the devastating results of conventional, chemically dependent, grain-based rationed farming practices, Jerry embarked on a crusade to educate and consult for farmers who made the wise choice to transition to ecologically responsible and sustainable farming.

In 1991, Jerry co-founded Earthworks Natural Organic Products a company which provides products and consulting services to the golf course and landscaping industries. Jerry’s aspiration was once again to encourage the implementation of ecological principles of balancing soils, reducing the use of pesticides and eliminating dependence on chemical fertilizers.

In 1999, Jerry was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and given as little as six months to live without aggressive chemotherapy. He instead chose a holistic path of nutrition, detoxification and immune modulation and applied his vast experience with farming and animal nutrition to his own health. The links between healthy soil, truly nutritious food, and profitable, sustainable farming are clearly evident in his personal and professional experiences and his skill for communicating this with people has won him extensive praise from holistic health professionals, sustainable farming organizations, and many farmers and consumers. He is a highly-demanded lecturer and speaker, nationally and internationally. Jerry studied Animal Science at North Carolina State University and has served as Dairy Director of the National Farmers Organization. He serves on the Lower Mt. Bethel Township Environmental Advisory Council, and is active in other community-based organizations devoted to rebuilding local food systems and local democracy.

Gary Zimmer
Gary Zimmer, Madison, Wis., is a farmer, author, agri-businessman, and educator dedicated to biological agriculture. He is recognized around the world for his dedication to improving farming through restoring soils and has spoken to farmers and agribusiness professionals all across the U.S. and in Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, New Zealand and South Africa.

Through a lifetime in agriculture, he has never stopped learning or teaching.

Raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm, Gary studied dairy nutrition, earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree from the University of Hawaii, combined with years of hands-on farming experience. Teaching agriculture in southern Minnesota, he continued learning, studying, reading, asking questions and looking at ways of farming with an open mind. He began asking questions about the soil and how it relates to healthy and productive plants, which lead him to read The Albrecht Papers.

Gary trained and worked as a Brookside Consultant for two years in southeastern Minnesota.

For the past 25 years, Gary has been evaluating farming practices as a consultant, on his family’s farm, and as president of Midwestern Bio-Ag, a biological farming consulting company located in Blue Mounds, Wis. He operates the Bio-Ag Learning Center, where biological farming practices and agricultural products are field tested. The Zimmer family’s organic farming operations utilize the ideas Gary has gleaned over a lifetime spent studying agriculture. They include Otter Creek Organic Farm, with a 150-cow organic dairy, and Fox Run Organic Farm, pasture raised pigs and beef cattle. The farms manage a total of over 1,500 acres.

Heavily in demand as a speaker, Gary Zimmer appears at dozens of agribusiness, organic and farmer meetings every year. He has spoken to diverse audiences including the Acres USA conference, Innovative Farmers of Ohio Conference; Heart of Maine Resource Conservation & Development, Upper Midwest Organic Conference, Pennsylvania Sustainable Ag Conference, Vermont Grass Farmer’s Association Grazing Conference, Wisconsin Grazing Conference, Michigan Governor’s Conference on Organic Ag, and has participated in farmer education programs in Australia, Europe, New Zealand and South Africa.

Gary is the author of the book, The Biological Farmer, A Complete Guide to the Sustainable & Profitable Biological System of Farming, published in 2000.

His focus remains on the soil as the source of nutrients: how healthy soils produce healthy plants for healthy livestock and healthy humans.
